Al vecchio palazzo nasce 30anni fa grazie a Carolina, Ferruccio e Luisa. Per far si che la tradizione di Nonna Gemma e Zia
Nina (ristoratrici da oltre 30anni) non andasse persa. È in questo modo che nel 1990 si decide di creare un luogo in si
potesse riflettere ciò che per noi è importante: accoglienza e gentilezza.

Located within the historic Passerini Palace in Casto, which has been renovated and restored to its former splendor with a touch of innovation and modernism, Al Vecchio Palazzo was founded 30 years ago by Carolina, Ferruccio, and Luisa. They wanted to ensure that the tradition of Grandma Gemma and Aunt Nina (who had been restaurateurs for over 30 years) would not be lost. This is how, in 1990, they decided to create a place that would reflect what is important to us: hospitality and kindness.
Das Hotel-Restaurant Al Vecchio Palazzo wurde mit der Idee gegründet, die Wärme und Tradition zu vermitteln, die man nur in der Familie finden kann.
